Merciless: Will save (DC 20) to NOT slaughter the Helpless/Surrendering/Dying enemy & show them any mercy at all.
Misanthrope: All interaction with others of your Race start at Hostile & suffer a -5 on Cha based checks, except Intimidate (+10) because you make no attempt to hide your loathing.
Naive: You receive a -4 on all Bluff and Sense Motive checks because you tend to trust people too much.
Narcolepsy: Every d6 Rounds, Will (DC20) or fall asleep d4 Rounds or until slapped awake; All Sleep spells/SLA's auto-succeed to their maximum duration/effect; you only need half normal amount of sleep; can sleep in armor anywhere/time & not be Fatigued.
Obsessive Compulsive: Choose an Obsession (ex starting fires) & a Compulsion (washing hands); Either do C, or Will save (dc 20) to not do O; for each day you dont do O, +1 DC.
Overconfident: Will save (DC 20) to NOT accept a Challenge; If you fail the challenge, take -2 to All Rolls for 1 Hour from Embarrassment; if you beat the challenge, gain +2 for the Hour because you're a cocky bastard.
Paranoia: You take a -4 penalty to Diplomacy and Intimidate checks.
Phobic, Rabbit: You're deathly afraid of Rabbits; if you see one, Will save (DC 20) or be Shaken d4 Rounds; if cornered by an actual one for 3+ rounds, Will Save (DC 20) or be Panicked d4 Rounds.
Perfectionist: make a Will save (DC 20) to buy anything less than MasterWork quality, to use anything Broken/Damaged, or to NOT demand the best of a Merchant's wares.
Pseudologia Fantastica (pathological liar): will save (DC 20) to NOT lie out your ass; you gain +5 vs a Zone of Truth or similar effect.
Pyromania: Will save (DC 20) to NOT ignite the burny thing; you are immune to Natural Heat (fires, lava, the sun, etc) but not Magical Heat (a Dragon's breath, wand of fireballs, Spells/SLA's, etc).
Short Attention Span: Any time you attempt the same Skill check more than once in a row, each additional check suffers a cumulative -4; all Knowledge Skills become Class Skills because you can't stick to any one subject.
Short Temper: When hurt in Combat, Will save (DC 20) to NOT go into a Barbarian-like Rage (see the Barbarian's Rage description for mechanics).
Socially awkward: You're not good with people; -4 to charisma based checks except HandleAnimal/WildEmpathy which gain +4.
Stutter: Gain +2 on any 3 K Skills, but -2 Bluff, Diplomacy, & Perform Oratory.
Substance Addiction: Pick a Natural (like tobacco) or Alchemical (like a potion) substance; must consume at least 1 standard dose each day or suffer a cumulative -2 per day you don't; the moment you induldge the addiction, the penalties are zeroed.
The Voices Inside My Head: Will Save (DC 20) to Ignore the VIMH, otherwise Do What The Voices Tell You; if Dangerous/Lethal/Suicidal, the DC is Halved.
Thinks aloud: You mutter constantly; Any time the DM thinks you've done so too loudly, Will save (DC 20) to resist the urge to subconsciously speak aloud what you were thinking, especially if it's not a good time to do so; -2 Bluff/Dipl/GI/Hide/Listen/MS/SenseMotive.
Twitchy (your muscles spasm): -1 to all Dex based Skill Checks, REF, & Init.
Verbal Tic: You constantly, repeatedly, unconsciously say a word or *short* phrase over & over; you must do so while talking in character.
Vicious Personality: -2 Bluff, Diplomacy, Gather Information, & Sense Motive; But Intimidate gets a +8 Bonus because you're already that much more inclined to "get up in their face".
Whimsical: you do strange s4 for no apparent reason; -2 to Wis based Skill checks
