No, the "command channel" was for X only. Not to put too fine a point on it, but Tiny knows X. Naturally, Tiny'd put a direct line on X to get a trusted feel for the situation, if needed. Not that he doesn't trust you other two, just that he's going to need some time to get "into the groove" with you. He already has experience with X, so naturally he's leaning on it. It always helps to trust, but verify... And whatever else Tiny may be, you have to admit that he's a survivor.
