AAARRGGGGHHHHH!!!!! by shadowsystems 2004-01-15 08:49:11
[Insert Very Naughty Words Here]...
I use System Safe Gold (previously available from systemsafegold.com) to help keep my system running right.
Their web site now points to MyTagBoard and not to the program.
When I signed up for the email associated with it, the email was hosted through Rescue-Me.net (a service of BigMailBox.com).
I have been receiving "You have new mail at Rescue-Me.net" notices (in my hotmail account, because while didn't use the Rescue-Me.net account for much, what I *did* use it for was usefull) but can't GET the email from there...
Why?
Because Rescue-Me.net now resolves to a "This domain for sale!" notice from Trafficz.com.
They have a message at the bottom of the page:
"*Trafficz does not own this domain. Click Here to email the current owner of this domain name."
The link takes you to a web form that, supposedly, emails the owner, but as of two weeks ago, I haven't heard back from them...
I can't get my Rescue-Me.net email, and can't figure out how to get in contact with the site owner to tell them that someone's redirecting their traffic...
grrrrr...
Any help?
