I have attempted to distill them down into single line elements, thus to make them easier to handle, & easier to utilize.
As far as I could, the Mechanics of the Feat have been maintained, & merely the Fluff removed.

Ability, Advancement: +2 to chosen Ability
Ability, Focus (reqs: An Ability with a DC) +2 DC; Stacks
Ability, PrimEval, Extra (reqs: Innate supernatural or SLA) Choose 1 Limited Use Ability to add +2 use per day; stacks; only applies to Natural, not Class derrived SU/SLA's
Ability, PrimEval, Focused (reqs: Innate supernatural or SLA) choose one Natural SU/SLA & add +2 DC; stacks; only Natural, not Class derrived SU/SLA's
Ability, PrimEval, Focused, Greater (reqs: FPA) add +4 DC to the previously Focused SU/SLA; Stacks
Ability, Surge (reqs: Chosen ability score 13) 1+(Ability Mod) x/Day, gain +4 to the chosen ability for 1 Minute +(AbilityMod) Rounds; Full Round Act, provokes no AoO.
Acrobatic: +2 Jump & Tumble
Agile: +2 Balance checks and Escape Artist checks.
Aid Another, Improved: when using the Aid Another action, you grant them a +4 bonus instead of +2
Alertness: +2 Listen & Spot
Allure: +1 to all Cha based Skill Checks you have at least 1 Rank in.
Ambidexterity (reqs: TWF, DEX 15) The penalties for wielding two weapons decreases by 2 for both hands.
Animal Affinity: +2 Handle Animal checks and Ride checks.
Animal Ken (reqs: Handle Animal 4, Cha 13) +2 Handle Animal & Wild Empathy; You can handle an animal as a free action or push it as a move action.
Arcane Warrior (reqs: BAB +12) Wear +1 Encumberance Level Armor without additional ASF.
