ShadowRun, SR4: Welcome to New York! by LongFist2015-07-20 20:40:45

    CSP 006: by LongFist 2015-09-17 19:56:32
The bartender, leaning inward over the table, stage whispers to Mr. X, "Reggie will be hunting a quad defined by Amsterdam Avenue, W 75th Street, Central Park West, and W 81st Street."  He blinks, and adds "Tonight.  He hunts tonight.  Rumor has it that a guy could make a quick K --- maybe more, depending on the circumstances --- if Reggie somehow didn't 'Show' - that's supposed to be 3 trophies, in case you were curious."  He winks quickly, then trudges back over to the bar, leaving the group at the table, somewhat bewildered.

Block's search comes back with quite a few hits:
Pastafina Pizzeria: 880 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10065
        Barbaresco: 161 E 64th St, New York, NY 10065
Bar Italia Madison: 47 E 66th St, New York, NY 10065
Mediterraneo Pizza, Pasta, and People-Watching: 299 E 66th Street, New York, NY 10065

...all are all-nighters, and some even have stars next to their reviews! Can't be all bad, right?     Right?

Ace gets an image of an angel.  No, that can't be right - but the photos on file are all of the same quality - all they lack is a halo and some feathery wings.  An interesting glint to her eyes, but you can't place it --- it's just other-worldly.  Your hormones slide off the dancing chick heading over to the elevators (and the dance floor, above) and home in on the image on your retina - she's just simply captivating.  It's unearthly the level of charisma she exudes, and this is just a picture!  You wonder what she might be like, in person.  But at least you have some idea as to why she might be missed, for a wonder!  Her depiction is nothing mouse-like, much more cat-like, verhy self-assured, self-possessed, and all of it lithe, curvaceous, and lovely, awe-inspiring.  She is small of stature, and maybe there is some elven blood in there, somewhere.  She's definitely *not* your normal, everyday fashion plate, that's for certain!  Just --- Wow!  Worth the operation just to *meet* her!  Ace finds it difficult to concentrate on anything else - his eyes tend to return to focus on those pictures...       ...worse than distracting!  But oh, so entertaining to view - she is absolutely fun to look at!  And you think her last known place of residence was reported as 53 W 76th St, New York, NY 10023 - quite possibly an excellent place to start looking for clues, and such.       ...and such...

* The Plex can be found challenging the entire end of the building found at 60 E 65th St, New York, NY 10065, from rooftop to dungeon.  From the outside, however, you would never know that a happening place was located there, so effective are their muting techniques and window-spoofing technologies...
