Thaddeus was a good kitty. He was never a lap cat, or especially cuddly, but he had a purr that could be heard in the next room, and it was always on tap with scritches. He'd also let you know when he'd had enough, if you didn't pay attention, he'd tell you again, harder (still purring up a storm.)
The new cremation company the vet is using is The Best. He came back to us in a velvet bag inside a small cedar box along with a plaster paw impression, a clipping of fur, and a nice card.
