      Ace's actions. by ShadowSystems 2017-07-22 01:52:04
Ace slowly lowers his hands to his sides, making dang sure not to make any sudden or threatening movements that might get him shot.
Recognizing the look of shock & trauma on some of the faces of the approaching crowd, Ace falls back on his Doc Wagon training as an ambulance driver & auxillary EMT when the regular guys needed an extra hand.
Turning to Block he asks "Should we lead these walking wounded back out the front doors to safety, or just gather them in the lobby & let the current 'Wagon guys take all the Peeta?"
((The acronym PITA said as if it were a normal word.))

Ace is not so hard hearted that he WANTS to leave all these folks just wandering aimlessly & in potential danger, he'd really like to Do The Right Thing(TM) and get these folks to a safer location, but if X insists that they need to be left to their own devices while the rest of us scoot, then he'll grudgingly acknowledge that they need to get their hoops out of the fire & hustle hoop the duck outta fodge.
Damn his kind heart!
