Item purchased on 2003-09-26 Rebate form, sales receipt copy and UPC mailed within 7 days of purchase. Cheque arrived on 2004-02-03. Letter was mailed 2004-01-29 (postage meter mark). Cheque was dated 2003-12-23. I hope I'm wrong, but I recall reading that the cheque is only good for 30-days. I've taken the precaution of scanning the front of the cheque and envelope.
