Specificly to beat Stef within an inch of his life, let him recover just enough to be mobile, then do it all over again.
Repeatedly, every single day for that week.
Offer one week contract extensions for good work.
The felon gets to leave for bathroom, meal, & stretch breaks as desired, but Stef does not.
