I used to work as a field technician for an IT firm that did most of the hardware service for Dell in Canada, but left for a better job in an IT department for a major accounting firm. Left the accounting firm after 3 years as a system administrator and went back to work as a hardware field tech again. I now fix everything from IBM,HP/Compaq, Lexmark, you name it. I'm loving being back in hardware and on the road!

I got my start in computer hardware when I was 10, thanks to my father who taught me all he knows. He's an old school tech who started on mainframes back in the early '70s.

I'm a Montrealer through and through, bilingual and all. I know there's a lot of media on the whole language thing in Quebec, but I rarely see it during my daily wanderings. Montreal is a wonderful place to live, certainly a mixed group of people.

I'm (not so) newly married (Jan 3, 2004) to a wonderful woman that I've been with for the last 10 years.
